At KK Beach House, all of our products are made to order just for you. Because each item is custom-printed when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We do accept claims for:

• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect items received (wrong design, color, or product)

2. A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Sizing Please review our size guide carefully before ordering, as we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing and we'll help you choose the right fit.

Lost or Stolen Packages KK Beach House is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
